Minervois is located in the Languedoc-Rousillon in the South of France.  This beauty is one of our Direct Imports so you aren't going to find this wine widely available.  Made from Syrah and Cinsault, the wine has a dark, inky purple color with aromas of pepper, eucalyptus and black cherries.  The wine is rich and harmonious, with medium to full body and rich blackberry flavors.  Noticable tannins are rustic and dry, giving this wine structure and character.  This is an excellent find!  Made with Organic Grapes.
