The finish is long and well-articulated if perhaps just a bit austere. The Blanc de Blancs Chardonnay Premier Cru Cuis is 100% Chardonnay Cuis, based on 2007, with reserve wines from 2006, 2005 and 2004. Disgorged May 28, 2010. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2016.
