Located near Toulouse in the south-west of France, Gaillac is one of France's oldest viticultural areas, established in Roman times or earlier. This Rosé is an excellent value!  The wine has a pale pink color and floral aromas of raspberry and peach. This easy-going wine has medium body, rich texture with tangy raspberry and tart lemon rind flavors braced by nice minerality. Serve this wine with summer pasta dishes or other light fare.
