I found two bottles of the 2019 Châteauneuf Du Pape La Crau De Ma Mère to be suspect, with some obvious spritz, but a third bottled showed beautifully, revealing a perfumed, exotic, lifted bouquet of ripe blueberries and wild strawberries as well as candied orange and violets. Full-bodied, rich, and textured, yet also weightless on the palate, it's a beautiful (although I suspect fragile) wine that will need to be stored properly given it's lifted, slightly volatile nature.
